Échange ou retour de marchandises
Si le produit est de bonne qualité, l'acheteur a le droit de résilier le contrat conclu à distance dans les 14 jours suivant son exécution.
Pour que le droit de résilier le contrat soit préservé, le consommateur doit surveiller la conservation des produits dans leur état d'origine. Si l'appareil est détruit, endommagé ou détérioré sans faute de la part du client, ce dernier n'est pas privé de la possibilité de résilier le contrat. Si la valeur a diminué en raison du déballage du produit ou de la vérification de sa fonctionnalité, cela ne signifie pas que le consommateur ne peut pas rédiger une demande de remboursement.
Le produit n'est pas repris si au moins un des composants est manquant :
- un équipement entièrement équipé ;
- un reçu prouvant le fait de l'achat dans la boutique en ligne TIS;
- carte de garantie ;
- un acte avec une description du défaut établi par le service d'assistance.
Le remboursement de la marchandise sera effectué dans les conditions prévues par la législation en vigueur.
